Phone interview with HR
If your CV is shortlisted, our HR team will schedule a phone interview to learn more about your background, skills, and career aspirations. This conversation helps us understand how well you fit into our company culture and allows you to ask any initial questions about the role and AC.
Department interview
Candidates who pass the HR screening will have an interview with the respective department’s team lead. This interview will focus more on your technical skills and professional experience relevant to the position you applied for.
Senior management
For final-stage candidates, there will be an opportunity to meet with our senior management. This discussion will focus on your overall fit within the company, alignment with our mission, and long-term career goals. It’s also a great chance for you to understand our vision and how you can contribute to our success.
