We’ve nearly made it to the end of another year and what a year it’s been, 2020 will be remembered for so much and don’t we know it! But before we type another word, we’d just like to take this opportunity to wish our team, customers, partners and you a joyous holiday season and a healthy New Year ✨
It’s been a case of blink and it’s gone; this year has truly flown by but not without chucking numerous challenges at us! Our team have been truly amazing, keeping their heads up, tackling new projects, new Atlassian and AWS certifications and designing creative new initiatives all for you.
So where to start? Our Atlassian Apps have been on fire this year with exciting new products such as Workflows for Confluence Cloud, Optro our Pro Power-up marketplace for Trello and the biggest of all… They’ve just flown the nest (figuratively speaking) and rebranded to Appfox, the new home to all of our Atlassian Apps and Trello Power-ups. But the fun doesn’t stop there as we’ve got big things lined up for our Apps next year including their first virtual event ‘Mastering the Art of Jira Administration – Scaling Mt. Jira,’ new features with a cloud first focus and of course the rise of our two product pathways Appfox and Optro. Stay tuned!
Unsurprisingly, we’ve had less trips this year but that didn’t stop us from attending the Atlassian Summit back in April or AWS Re:Invent in December, and it won’t be long before we see you all again at Atlassian Team 2021 (a new, virtual take on Atlassian Summit) – only 117 more days to go, not that we’re counting!
The main theme of this year has been the ability to adapt and that’s exactly what we did as we shifted into remote work. We explored ways to deliver all you had and more just from the comfort of our own homes from remote Atlassian training where we successfully delivered our first course ‘Foundations of Jira’ back in June to our latest venture that focuses on helping you on your Atlassian journey with our 30-minute free Atlassian Consultations!
And there’s so much more we could reflect on like our virtual summer event ‘Optimizing ITSM with Atlassian’, our fantastic customers and projects, the team and more but let’s face it Christmas is calling, and our blog is always there for your latest news and events throughout the year.
