This autumn, Atlassian’s flagship Team event is a little closer to home than usual (for us here at AC, anyway). Yes, Team ’24 Europe has arrived in Barcelona this week!
Whether you and your team have headed to Barcelona to experience the event in-person, or you’ll be catching up on the sessions digitally, here are some of the highlights we’re particularly looking forward to:
1. Great minds back together
One of the joys of events like Team is that it brings innovative people and big ideas together.
Team ’24 Europe is no different. The agenda is packed with over 80 sessions, combining product updates, real-world success stories and compelling case studies from Atlassian users, and thought-provoking insights from solution vendors and partners, like ourselves.
Just how transformative can Jira really be? We’re delighted to be bringing a DevOps success story to life by sharing the stage with one of our clients, Convex Insurance. Together with one of our Senior Consultants here at AC, Convex will guide the audience through a five year journey, continually finding inventive, unique and creative ways to leverage the Atlassian System of Work. Discover more on Thursday 10th October in this break-out session: Leveraging DevOps: A transformative ITSM journey
2. The future of Atlassian’s System of Work
After significant product announcements at Team ‘24 in Vegas earlier this year, we’re looking forward to learning more about the evolution of the Atlassian System of Work.
From the consolidation of Jira Work Management and Jira Software, to the introduction of Rovo and Loom, we expect notable insights and tips to help teams maximise the value of these new products. We’ve also noted sessions on getting more from Atlassian Analytics, Compass and Atlassian Guard.
Rovo is a highly sophisticated tool to enhance enterprise search, and we’ve been keenly watching to see how it continues to develop and impact the way we work. For those of you in the ITSM space, there’s a dedicated session (also available online) on Wednesday 9th October: The Ultimate Rovo Agents Guide. Worth a watch!
3. The ever-evolving role of AI
We couldn’t forgo a mention of Artificial Intelligence (AI) – especially when it features significantly on the Team ‘24 Europe agenda (as you’d expect). Following the unveiling of enhanced AI capabilities across the System of Work at Team ’24 Vegas, Atlassian is continuing to educate and empower users with a series of sessions across this week.
From Unleashing AI-powered Support for ITSM Teams (on Wednesday 9th October) to Unleashing Every Team’s Potential with AI Loom (on Thursday 10th October – both in-person sessions), the impact of AI continues to dominate the conversation – and it’s one we’re listening to closely.
4. The chance to meet people like you!
Our team are already at Team ‘24 Europe, and are ready to meet fellow Atlassian Solution Partners, users and advocates. Do come and see us at Booth 704.
Alongside our development arm AppFox (an award-winning app vendor), we’re looking forward to a wealth of conversations across the next three days, gleaning some invaluable product insights and giving away as many freebies as we can.
One of our colleagues at AppFox is also taking to the stage at this year’s event! Barbora Cernakova will be sharing ways to transform your document management in Confuence, from best practice processes to innovative Marketplace Apps. Catch Barbora in the Hit Me With Your Best Docs session on Wednesday 9th October.
