With our new Approval Macro add-on for Confluence Cloud, it is easy to quickly and rigorously gather the approvals necessary for any document approval process.
Our Approval Macro add-on fits seamlessly into any Confluence Cloud instance. Simply add the add-on from the ‘Insert’ menu and place it anywhere on the page. There is no need to limit the number of ‘approvers’ which can be assigned to approve a document, just type in their name and add them to the list, and they will all be able to approve the document and revoke approval. All other viewers can immediately see the approval status of the document with respect to each approver.
Through auto-generated comments, all watchers of the page are notified when a document has received approval from a designated approver, or if approval has been revoked – this ensures that everyone is kept up-to-date on the progress of the document at all times. As a result, the approval process is instantly quicker and more efficient.
