Automation Consultants is proud to announce that we have been placed #50 for UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing for medium-sized businesses.
New for this year, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List focuses on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction, and financial security, to reveal the best workplaces for wellbeing in the UK.
Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience, to foster cultures that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and better society. Over the past year, we have introduced numerous new benefits, procedures, and policies to solidify our commitment to employee well-being. These include promoting a healthy work-life balance and enhancing our benefit packages, such as improving comprehensive physical and mental health care.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List, Great Place To Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company’s employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication to improve and grow our internal culture across our business. Key highlights from the survey include:
95% of employees state it is a great place to work
96% of employees feel a strong sense of community
94% of employees enjoy the camaraderie with their colleagues
92% of employees feel well-supported by the company
One employee references our flexible working environment:
We work remotely, which allows me to be comfortable and work flexibly to suit my productivity. The company is small enough for us to know everyone, and because we are remote, we are encouraged to make socialising part of our online calls. This creates an atmosphere which alleviates the stress of problems and an ethos where it feels like you are solving problems amongst friends.
Another employee references the positive and inclusive company culture:
I love working for Automation Consultants. Everybody is like a family here and we're all able to discuss ideas freely, collaborate, and experiment. The higher-level management are extremely approachable, including the CEO. The culture is open, friendly, and collaborative. We have regular socials, so despite a largely remote workforce, I still feel close to my colleagues.
Jarrod Anderson, Head of HR at Automation Consultants, said:
