What is the Partner of the Year: Services award?
The Services category focuses on partners who can showcase strong service delivery skills and the ability to provide unique, tailor-made training packages for their customers.
Here at AC, we’re incredibly proud of our team of consultants, who tirelessly work to achieve successful outcomes for our customers. From Agile transformations to complex Cloud migrations, our highly-skilled, creative and experienced team have been able to help organisations to unlock even more value from their Atlassian tools, and to benefit from new ways of working.
What does Automation Consultants' service offering look like?
It can be challenging to adequately describe our service delivery, as it truly is dependent on each customer’s unique needs.
Let’s look at one example of a recent project. Our customer, a household name in British broadcasting, underwent a digital transformation. Across the scope of the project, we:
Created a custom Agile framework, developed to specifically meet their needs
Delivered bespoke training, from a ‘Jira Bootcamp’ to a deep-dive course on Advanced Roadmaps
Handled both the education and change management piece when moving multiple teams from one tool to another
Guided the client through complex stakeholder engagement
Managed two migrations to Jira
Ultimately, we unified over 40 disparate tech teams across the organisation, and standardised Agile practices for 1200 users.
This is just one of the many projects we’ve led for our customers, each one varying in size and complexity. There’s no one-size fits all solution and, in our experience, true success can only arise when you take a tailor-made approach.
