Challenge
BSkyB was installing a bespoke CRM system and wanted to test both the CRM thick client and the thin client.
Solution
Automation Consultants carried out the thick client testing project using QA Load. For the thin client testing, AC developed a software solution specific to the needs of the BSkyB project, and complemented this with LoadRunner.
Benefits
BSkyB benefited from AC’s expertise in this field and found that AC could carry out the project using their best-practice knowledge and internal experience.
